Abstract: |
This article focuses on the interpretation of the background and significance of “Four Evaluations”,i. e. “improving result evaluation,strengthening process evaluation,exploring value- added evaluation,and perfecting comprehensive evaluation”,further analyzes the practical problems that must be faced in order to advance the reform of the“Four Evaluations”and proposes that three major changes should be achieved. |
