| This article focuses on the interpretation of the background and significance of “Four Evaluations”，i. e. “improving result evaluation，strengthening process evaluation，exploring value- added evaluation，and perfecting comprehensive evaluation”，further analyzes the practical problems that must be faced in order to advance the reform of the“Four Evaluations”and proposes that three major changes should be achieved. |
