| Abstract: |
| In the ethics evaluation of teachers，teachers are both the subject and the object of evaluation. They often have few initiatives in the process. The purpose of this evaluation is not only to standardize teachers’educational words and deeds，but also to improve teachers’educational quality，thus encouraging teachers to consciously practice the morality and improve the personality. Ethics evaluation of teachers should be based on their needs，and the result of evaluation should be analyzed in a dialectical way，which will help teachers develop professionally in the process of objective and fair evaluation. This kind of evaluation will contribute to the effectiveness of evaluation. |
