课程教学“两性一度”评价的指标建构与实施方法探索

摘要:
为使高阶性、创新性和挑战度(简称“两性一度”)理想属性变成高校本科课程建设或“金课”建设中的日常操作规范,文章从评价指标建构方法上的经验性、价值上的可估性、用途上的目的性角度,提出一套兼顾国家标准、校本教学质量管理常规和评价主体功能特征的评价指标框架。这个指标体系以教育设计、教育过程和学生体验为核心,具体由8个一级指标和27个观测点构成,并给出了相应的实施操作办法。该评价指标框架可作为高校和各级教学质量监管部门开展课程建设或“金课”评选的参考工具。

Abstract:
In order to make the ideal attribute of“the requirements of advanced-order, innovation and challenging”become the daily operation standard in the construction of undergraduate courses or “Golden Courses”, this paper puts forward a set of evaluation indicators consisting of 8 first-level indexes and 27 observation points and instructions for its implementation method. The index system takes teaching design, teaching process and student feelings as the core, and considers the teaching quality management routine, the national standards and the actual situation of school-based from the perspective of experience, value and purpose. The set of evaluation indicators can be used as a reference tool for universities and teaching quality supervision departments at all levels to carry out course construction or“Golden Courses”selection.
