| Education evaluation is the value orientation of the university quality culture construction, and it plays an important guiding role in the formation of the quality outlook and the occurrence of quality behaviors in universities. Under the background of the reform of education evaluation in the new era, the construction of university quality culture should be based on the mission of the university. University should transform from passively receiving external evaluations to actively expanding the internal spontaneous and conscious quality culture. A new path of construction of the university quality culture should be explored from three levels of macro-level external evaluation, meso-level school self-evaluation, and micro-level evaluation of teachers and students. |
