“超学科与学术大众化”理念下科研评价改革的反思

摘要:
超学科的核心思想是克服大学教育和科学研究中由于学科分类、专业分工导致的知识生产与社会需求之间的脱节,从而有效地解决社会需求的、重大复杂的问题;学术大众化是以学术化大众,是学术最终走向社会实践和应用的回归,扭转了学术与大众之间的不协调关系,更加强调固化的学术话语体系的转变,科学研究要给予大众参与途径,最终实现科研成效服务社会大众的目的。为了顺应知识社会化的迅猛发展,达到知识社会化发展与科研评价并行一致的效果,超学科与学术大众化理念下的科研评价改革突破了传统科研评价模式下侧重以科研成果、科研奖励等为导向的评价方式,同时更加重视学术大众化的理念,对于现行科研评价体系改革具有一定的启示。

Reflections on the Reform of Scientific Research Evaluation under the Concept of “Transdisciplinary and Academic Popularization”

Abstract:
The core idea of transdisciplinary is to solve the disconnection between knowledge production and social demand caused by the classification of disciplines and professional division of labor in university education and scientific research, so as to better solve the major and complex problems of social demand. The academic popularization is to make the academic knowledge popular, and it is the return of academic research to social practice and application, which has reversed the uncoordinated relationship between the academic research and the public. More emphasis has been put on the transformation of the fixed academic discourse system. Scientific research should give a way for public participation and finally realize the purpose of scientific research achievements serving the public. In order to adapt to the rapid development of knowledge socialization and achieve the effect of the parallel development of knowledge socialization and scientific research evaluation, the reform of scientific research evaluation under the concept of transdisciplinary and academic popularization breaks through the traditional evaluation mode of scientific research, that focuses on scientific research achievements and scientific research awards, and pays more attention to the concept of academic popularization. It has certain enlightenment for the reform of the current scientific research evaluation system.
