| 二级学院作为高校内部的办学主体，其办学质量直接影响高校整体的办学水平。在新时期高等教育发展的新形势下，作者针对学校建设发展及人才培养工作中的突出问题，以激发二级学院发展动力和提高人才培养质量为着眼点，构建了以绩效评价为抓手的二级学院质量保障和提升机制，并进行了长期的探索与实践。文章以西安建筑科技大学正在开展的二级学院绩效评价工作为例，探讨了二级学院本科生培养工作绩效评价体系构建及实施过程的相关问题。 |

| As the main body of a university, the running quality of secondary colleges directly affects the overall level of the university. Under the new situation of higher education development in the new era, aiming at the prominent problems in the construction and development of universities and the work of talent cultivation, and focusing on stimulating the development power of secondary colleges and improving the quality of talent cultivation, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology constructs the quality assurance and improvement mechanism of secondary colleges with the performance evaluation as the starting point, and has also conducted this exploration and practice over a long period of time. This paper takes performance evaluation of secondary colleges of the university as an example to discuss the problems relevant to the construction and practice of the performance evaluation system in secondary colleges. |
