上海市中本贯通模式下学生培养质量的实证研究

摘要:
自 2014 年 9 月起,上海市开始实施中职—应用本科联合培养初中毕业生的中本贯通人才培养模式,三所中等职业学校对接两所应用型本科院校,就化学工程与工艺、机械工程(数控技术)两个专业展开试点。至 2021 年夏季,首批试点学生完成本科阶段 4 年的学习,走向工作岗位。文章基于对两所首批试点本科院校的追踪调查,结合学生相关成绩分析,总结课程设置及学生培养取得的成果和存在的不足,并为中本贯通模式下学生培养质量的提升提出建议。

Abstract:
Since September 2014, Shanghai has begun to implement the model of connection between secondary vocational schools and applied undergraduate colleges to jointly cultivate junior high school graduates. Three secondary vocational schools have connected with two applied undergraduate colleges and carried out pilot majors: Chemical Engineering and Process Specialty and Mechanical Engineering (CNC technology) Specialty. Until the summer of 2021, the first batch of pilot students have completed 4 years of study in the undergraduate stage and began to work. Based on the tracking investigation of two undergraduate universities, combining with the analysis of students’ relevant results, this paper summarizes the preliminary achievements and deficiencies of the curriculum and student training, and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the quality of students’ training under the talent training model.
