军队院校教学团队教学业绩评价指标体系研究

摘要:
基于对国防科技大学教学团队教学业绩评价现状和问题的分析,研究了军队院校教学团队教学业绩评价指标体系的设置。针对现有业绩评价体系的不足,以适应军队院校教学团队建设和发展为出发点,在对教学团队及教学业绩进行概念界定和理论分析的基础上,对教学业绩评价指标体系的设置原则、构建方法和应用原则进行了研究和探讨。

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of current situation and problems of evaluation on the performance of teaching teams in National University of Defense Technology,this paper proposes a performance evaluation indicator system of teaching teams in military academies. In view of the deficiencies of the existing performance evaluation system,this work tends to meet the needs of the construction and development of teaching teams in military academies. Based on the conceptual definitions and theoretical analysis of teaching teams and teaching performance,the establishment principle,construction method and application principle of teaching performance evaluation indicator are studied and discussed.
