| 在解读产教融合培养生态相关概念与内涵的基础上，以调研为依据分析了地方院校教育专业存在的相关问题，发现产教融合生态供需失衡，产教融合生态机制缺失，产教融合生态体系欠佳，产教融合生态位趋同。基于协同机理探求地方院校教育专业产教融合生态链的优化，即基于协同共赢机制的生态链优化，基于政校联动的产教生态链优化，基于生态位的协作生态链优化。最后，提出以需求为导向优化设计地方院校教育专业产教融合培养生态。 |

| On the basis of understanding the connotation of the ecology of integration of production and education, this paper analyzes related problems of education major in local colleges. Four problems are found in the field of integration of production and teaching, such as the unbalance of supply and demand, missing ecological mechanism, poor ecological system and adaptive ecological niche. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the optimization of ecological chain of integration of production and teaching of education major in local colleges according to synergy theory, i.e., optimization of ecological chain based on the synergy and win-win mechanism, optimization of ecological chain of production and education based on the linkage between government and colleges, and optimization of ecological chain of cooperation based on the ecological niche. Finally, this paper proposes a demand-oriented optimization design of the education ecology in local colleges. |
