随着实践中专本贯通项目的推进,诸多问题逐步暴露出来,加强内涵建设已然迫在眉睫。文章尝试基于OBE理念探索专本贯通人才协同培养模式,提出“一理念,三平台、三措施、两评价”,以学生为中心构建学校、企业、家长、教师等主体参与的协同平台,探讨以产出为导向的实施措施,为保障协同培养模式的长久活力,提出两阶段的人才评价与改进体系。 |

Abstract: |
With the progress of the project of integrating higher vocational and undergraduate education, many problems have gradually exposed, and it is urgent to strengthen the connotation construction. Based on the concept of OBE, this paper explores and constructs a collaborative training mode of talents under the integrated cultivation mode of higher vocational and undergraduate education, namely, one idea, three platforms, three measures and two phases of evaluation. A collaborative platform is built with students as the center, and is used widely by schools, enterprises, parents, teachers, etc. Outcome-based practical measures are discussed. In order to ensure the long-term vitality of the collaborative training model, a two-stage talent evaluation and improvement system is proposed. |
