| 基于2012-2019年我国41所“双一流”建设大学的面板数据，运用超效率SBM-Malmquist-Tobit模型对其人文社会科学研究效率及其影响因素进行分析。研究发现：样本高校整体科研效率仍未达到有效水平；样本高校科研效率在整体上保持正增长的发展趋势，且效率增长率变动存在地区差异；样本高校科研效率受到来自学生发展、课题经费、国际发展和学校类别的影响。为促进科研效率的提升，高校应提高科研管理水平、创新交叉融合机制、健全科研激励机制与聚焦国际科研前沿。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the panel data of 41 “double first-class” universities in China from 2012 to 2019, the super-efficient SBM-Malmquist-Tobit model was used to analyze the research efficiency of humanities and social sciences and its influencing factors. The study found that firstly, the overall research efficiency of sample universities has not yet reached the effective level. Secondly, the research efficiency maintains a positive growth trend on the whole, and there are regional differences in the changes of dynamic efficiency values. Thirdly, the research efficiency is influenced by the development level of students, project funding, international development and school categories. In order to promote scientific research efficiency, universities should improve scientific research management, innovate cross and fusion mechanism, improve scientific research incentive mechanism and focus on international scientific research frontier. |
