新时代职业教育评价改革新方向

摘要:
职业教育评价是深化新时代职业教育体系建设和改革的风向标与指挥棒。体现逻辑模型理念的教育评价模式聚焦专业建设质量,成为国内外职业教育评价改革的方向。然而,当前我国职业教育评价多从某一方面或某一阶段考察人才培养成效,无法切实反映职业教育人才培养的整体情况。职业教育评价改革需要聚焦专业建设质量,通过加强顶层设计、增强评价专业性、拓宽评价覆盖面等手段,推动职业教育的高质量与强适应性发展。

Focusing on Quality of Major Construction: A New Direction of Vocational Education Evaluation Reform

Abstract:
Vocational education evaluation is a vane and baton for deepening the construction and reform of the vocational education system in the new era. The education evaluation model that embodies the concept of logic model focuses on the quality of major construction and has become a new direction for vocational education evaluation reform at home and abroad. However, the current evaluation of vocational education in China often examines the effectiveness of talent cultivation from a certain aspect or stage, which cannot effectively reflect the overall situation of talent cultivation in vocational education. The reform of vocational education evaluation needs to focus on the quality of major construction, and promote the high-quality and adaptive development of vocational education by strengthening top-level design, enhancing the professionality of evaluation, and expanding the coverage of evaluation.
