| 摘要: |
| “1+X”证书制度与职业教育国家学分银行是不断深化职业教育改革、推进国家资历框架构建、培养复合型技术技能人才的重要举措。在推进职业教育国家学分银行建设过程中，必须深度结合“1+X”证书制度试点工作。文章以满足学习者的自我成长、职业技能提升以及顺应时代变革等需求为出发点，分析职业教育国家学分银行的价值意蕴，提出完善和丰富信息管理平台功能、贯彻实施“1+X”证书制度、建设多方协作机制以及有序推进学习成果认定、积累和转换等推进策略。 |

| The 1+X certificate system and national credit bank of vocational education are important measures to continuously deepen vocational education reform, promote the construction of national qualification framework, and cultivate composite technical and skilled talents. In the process of promoting the construction of national credit bank of vocational education, it is necessary to deeply integrate the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system. Starting from meeting the needs of learners’ self growth, improving vocational skills, and adapting to changes of the times, this paper analyzes and clarifies the value of national credit bank of vocational education, proposes multiple strategies such as improving and enriching functions of information management platform, implementing the 1+X certificate system, building a cooperation mechanism, and orderly promoting the recognition, accumulation and conversion of learning achievements. |
