| 学位论文是培养研究生科研能力、实现培养目标的重要环节，也是检查研究生教育质量的重要指标。实施研究生学位论文抽检评议是保障和提高研究生培养质量的重要举措。近几年来，江苏省通过抽检评议研究生学位论文，掌握了学位论文的整体质量及基本特征，为行政部门加强管理、作出决策提供了很好的参考。 |

| A PhD or master degree paper is a critical element for building up a graduate’s research capabilities and realizing the academic training goals. So the selecting and evaluation of degree papers is an important measure for securing and improving graduate schooling quality. And with this process, Jiangsu has had a good master of the overall quality and basic characteristics of its graduate degree papers for the past few years, and they have served as good references for the management and decision of the administrations. |
