| 通过分析高等教育外部评估系统和高校内部评估系统的发展现状，从评估内容出发比较国家、地方、高校三级教育评估机构开展高等教育评估的情况，提出了外部教育评估机构和高校协同发展的建议：共享评估专家、共同开展教育评估研究、互派人员交流学习、评估项目二次委托等。外部教育评估机构通过指导高校内部评估组织的评估工作，进一步推进高校自我质量保障系统的建设。 |

| Through the analysis of the current development of the external and internal higher education evaluation systems, and the comparation of the national, local and university evaluation agencies' evaluation contents on higher education, suggestions have been given on codevelopment of external education evaluation agency and university. The suggestion contains to share evaluation experts, to carry out research on education evaluation together, to exchange and visit each other, to entrust the evaluation project to university secondly, etc. External education evaluation agency will guide the work of university internal evaluation organization and further promote the building of the college selfeducation quality assurance system. |
