课堂观察实施的现状分析与思考

摘要:
课堂观察作为教师一种新兴的有效的教学研究方式,正在各地蓬勃开展,但在实施进程中,还是存在着研究目标有偏差、研究流程趋僵化、研究团队只应付、研究内容停留表面等迫切需要解决的问题,需要教师在以后的课堂观察实践中紧扣专题、注重学科、走向灵活、指向改进,让课堂观察更好地为教师的教学行为改进服务。

Abstract:
As a new and effective way of teaching research, classroom observation is widely accepted by public. But in the process of research, several problems are needed to be resolved:Objective deviation, process rigidity, incorrect research attitude, research not deep going and so on. All these problems require teachers more closely linked to the topic in the practice of classroom observation, focus on subject, more flexible and improvementoriented. These all make classroom observation be a better way of service to improving the teaching behavior of teachers.
