| 通过实地调查发现，转型之际部分独立学院还存在着办学思路不清、办学特色不明显、师资队伍较弱、教学管理不规范等一系列问题。只有从办学理念、师资队伍、教学管理等方面加强内涵建设，切实提高教学质量，独立学院才能发展成为真正意义上的独立民办大学。 |

| Site visits showed that there still were a series of problems faced by independent private colleges on educational ideas, teaching features, faculty development and teaching management on the occasion of the transformation. As soon as the colleges strengthen internal construction focusing on educational ideas, faculty development and teaching management to effectively improve the quality of teaching, they will be transformed from independent private colleges into independent private universities in the true sense. |
