我国学校多采用奖惩性教师评价,这种评价最大弊端是评价结果直接与教师的外在利益挂钩,很少与素质提高相联系,没有能很好地调动起教师教书育人的内在积极性和创造性。从根本上讲,教师评价是以人为对象的,它的目的绝不仅仅是约束、规范,更不是居高临下的控制和干预,而是以评价引导人、塑造人、发展人。鉴此,我国学校应该逐步转向“以人为本”的发展性教师评价。 |

Abstract: |
In China, schools commonly adopt the rewardandpunish method in the teachers' appraises. The largest problem is that the method does not consider the personal quality, but gets a direct touch with the economical benefit of a teacher. Hence, the method cannot stimulate teachers' enthusiasm and creation. Basically, the appraise is for a person, thus, the target cannot be restricted, normalized, and does not control the teachers’ behavior, but guides and helps the teacher to be a successor. Therefore, we should take the new appraising method which is peopleoriented. |
