In the new curriculum reform process, teachers, professional development, the enhancement of education teaching ability and the change of the role have been paid increasing attention. Deeply understanding professional development situation and its influence factors of primary school teachers, under the new curriculum reform, will help promoting the development of these teachers. This paper surveys by sampling the situation and influence factors, and presents suggestions to improve the professional development of these teachers. |
