对重庆市荣昌县教师教学质量评价改革观念的调查报告

摘要:
教师教学质量是教师教学行为达成的阶段性教学效果和教学成就,教师对教学质量评价改革的认识是教育改革的重要基点。本研究通过对荣昌县4 203名教师和47名教育行政管理者的调查,了解了当前教师教学质量评价改革观念的现状,找到了教学质量评价改革的统计学支撑,发现了教学质量评价改革实施中可能遇到的问题,并提出了相应建议。

Abstract:
The quality of teaching is a stage for development of teaching effectiveness and teaching results reached by behavior of teachers. The recognization of teachers to the teaching quality evaluation reform forms an important base for furthering the education reform. By the investigation of 4 203 teachers and 47 administrative officers in the Rongchang county of Chongqing, the article presents the current situation of quality evaluation reform of the teachers, provides the statistical support to the reform and finds several problems which should be improved in the reform. It also provides suggestions.
