Abstract: |
By using the method of correlation analysis, this paper studies the relation of research ability and teaching ability of teachers working in a university in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The result shows that the scientific research ability cannot migrate completely to the ability of teaching. The paper also analyzes the contradiction between science research and classroom teaching from three aspects of administration system, evaluation system and the administration of grassroots organizations. And it presents the solution to the contradiction. |
