| 近几年来，社会形势发生了重大变化，这给民办高校发展创造巨大机遇的同时，也导致其进一步发展面临困难。民办高校自主经营，自负盈亏，既具有一定的企业性质，但同时又是为国家培养人才的公益事业。这一身份决定了学校为了解决问题，适应形势，应当树立“经营、服务、发展”的全新理念，从而提升教学质量，提高社会地位，为民办高校的发展找到出路 |

| Social situations have suffered great changes in recent years in China, which creates huge opportunities for the development of private universities , and brings great difficulties for continual development as well. Private Universities not only have the nature of business with the full responsibilities of their own profits and losses , they also train people for the country which is public welfare undertakings. So these universities must have the philosophy of“Operating , Service , Development”, and then to solve the problems+, fit to the new situation , improve the education quality and social status. |
