教师校本培训中提升教学评价知能的思考

摘要:
教师评价知能的缺失是教师专业素养发展的短板之一。本文从赋权增能的基本理念出发,结合发达国家依托校本培训提升教师评价知能的主要做法与基本经验, 分析了通过校本培训发展教师评价知能的可行性,提出了开展校本培训的内容和做法,并总结了经验。

Consideration on Enhancing Teacher’s Evaluation Knowledge and Capacity in School-based Training

Abstract:
ThePlack of teacher’s evaluation knowledge and capacity is one of the short boards in teacher professional development. This paper discusses, based on the basic concept of%empowerment , and combines with the main approach and basic experience that could enhance teacher’s evaluation knowledge and capability based on the school-based training in%developed countries. Further analysis is given to the feasibilities of the teacher’s evaluation knowledge and capability through school - based training.
