新一轮高考改革有多大改革价值？

摘要:

我国各地都在酝酿新一轮高考改革。尤其是北京的高考改革方案，引起社会广泛关注。本文对北京、山东、上海、江苏等地的高考改革方案或思路进行了综合分析，认为这些方案都没有触及考试、招生分离的实质，是在当前高考录取制度框架中进行考试科目、分值的调整，改革的价值有限，并结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》，提出高考改革的可行路径。
