职业教育内部衔接与升学倾向悖理的思考

摘要:

目前，在大力发展职业教育过程中，存在内部衔接与升学倾向相互矛盾的现象。一方面，经济新常态客观要求职业院校提高人才培养层次；另一方面，职业教育在转型升级中存在演变为学历教育的倾向。我国职业教育应立足区域经济发展的现实，力戒浮躁，切忌好高骛远，坚持自身办学定位，实实在在地把握经济社会对技术技能人才的层次需求，提高人才培养质量
