| 我国76所部属高校公布了 2014年度决算情况，媒体根据高校年度决算数，列出“高校 富豪榜”，该榜上还列出了高校的年度总收入和年度总年度支出。本文分析了高校开支与学校办学 实力的关系，以及我国高校的收入情况、支出情况，提出根据年度决算排名，出“高校富豪榜”是一种 功利行为，会加剧高校以资源为导向的功利办学。我国高校要建设世界一流大学，必须用办学实力 去拓宽资源渠道，同时，建立用好每一分钱的机制，接受师生与公众的监督。 |

| According to the Year 2014 Annual Final Accounts published by the 76 universities which are directly under the Ministry of Education in China, the media has made a “List of Rich Universities” pursuant to the universities’ revenue and expenditure amount. This paper analyzes the relationship between the universities ’ expenditure amount and their education strength, as well as the universities’ incomes and expenditures in China. In the paper, the author puts forward that the List of Rich Universities” made pursuant to the amount of income and expenditure represents an act of utilitarianism, which may exacerbate the resource-oriented utilitarian running of universities. In order to build world-class universities, universities in China shall rely on their education strength to broaden channels of resources, while simultaneously establish the mechanisms for making good use of every penny under supervision of teachers, students, and general public. |
