高校学生评教影响因素的调查研究

摘要:
学生评教是高等教育质量保障不可或缺的方式,然而评教结果失真是高校面临的共性 难题。本文通过对Y学院220名学生进行问卷调查和对8位学生进行访谈,从评教主体、客体和实 施三方面展开调查。调查结果表明:评教主体方面,学生对评教的认识不到位、态度不认真、具有偏 差心理,学生背景信息会对评教产生影响;评教客体方面,对评教的影响较明显,影响程度较大的 因素依次是教学态度、道德品质、教学方法、师生关系、要求严格程度、教学效果和课程重要性;评教 实施方面,影响较大的因素是评教信息的保密性和评教宣传。最后,提出学生评教完善对策,以期 提高学生评教结果的真实性。

Abstract:
Students’ evaluation of teaching (SET) plays a very important role in the higher education quality assurance (HEQA). However, the results of SET come into being untruthfully, and are the common challenges for the universities and colleges in China. The paper did a field research from three aspects: the subject, object and implement of SET. based on conducting questionnaire surveys on 220 students and interviewing 8 students of the Y College. The research results show that: in the aspect of evaluation subject, students are out of proper understanding and serious attitude to SET, with psychological deviation. And students' background information has influence on the evaluation of teaching; It also shows that in the aspect of evaluation object, which has great impact on teaching evaluation, the factors of influence degree from large to small are teaching attitude of teachers, moral quality of teachers, teaching methods of teachers, teacher-student relationship, strict degree, teaching effect and the importance of the course; In the aspect of evaluation implementation, the greater factors are the confidentiality of evaluation information, publicity and education of SET. Finally, the author tries to put forward some strategies to perfect SET, in order to improve the authenticity of SET teaching.
