| 基于对南京农业大学近三年全日制专业学位研究生培养目标、就业去向、社会认同等方 面的调查分析，指出这个群体在就业过程中面临更多的机会不均风险、教育功能认知风险、自我效 能感风险等问题。反思这种困境，指出需要进一步明确全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育的特点，完 善政府支持体系，强化职业属性培养，推广校内外双导师制，加强就业指导服务，才能有效提高全日 制专业学位研究生的培养质量和就业水平。 |

| The article investigates the full-time postgraduates who study for professional degree in Nanjing Agricultural University from training objective, employment intention and social identity three aspects. Based on the investigation results, the article points out that these postgraduates face on many risks such as risk of uneven employment chance, cognitive risk of education function, risk of self-efficiency. Consideration of the dilemma, we should specify the features of full-time professional degree postgraduate education, consummate the government support system, strengthen the culture of occupation attribute, popularize the double tutorial system inside and outside the school, and strengthen the service of employment guidance. These measures can effectively improve the education quality and level of employment of the full-time professional degree graduate. |
