| 高校自主招生制度是在统一考试招生的体制内实施自主考核评价录取的招生改革，对于国家推进考试招生制度改革具有重大战略意义。自主招生制度施行十余年来，随着自主招生试点高校数量的逐步增加，社会各界对其关注度越来越高，其成效和问题也不断显露出来。面对社会各界对于高校自主招生的疑虑，自主招生试点高校为此需要采取相应的对策。自主招生担负着“推进素质教育实施和创新人才培养”的重要使命，为了实现创新人才的选拔和培养，试点高校需要在考核评价机制上有进一步突破。 |

| The autonomous enrollment system is a reform in the college entrance examinations. The system allows these colleges and universities implement independently examinations and evaluation. It is of great strategic, significance for the country to promote the examination and enrollment system reform. The implementation of autonomous enrollment has more than ten years, the number of independent enrollment colleges and universities increases, and the society pays more attention to the event, and effectiveness and problems have been gradually revealed. Facing on the social query, these autonomous enrollment colleges and universities need to take appropriate measures. The enrollment is responsible for the mission of,promoting education quality and training innovation personnel, the,colleges and universities need to conduct further breakthroughs in the evaluation mechanism for the selection of innovative talents. |
