当前高校教师资源管理过程中存在着各种各样的问题:竞聘机制不健全、劳动契约不科学、管理模式不够人性化以及学术环境不开放等。此类问题的存在不利于教师团队素质的提高,也不利于高校的发展。本文在分析问题的基础上,探索新型教师资源管理模式。运用“鲶鱼效应”引入新型竞聘机制; 使学校劳务管理从注重传统的经济契约转变到构建高校与教师之间良好的心理契约;学校制度管理从刚性管理过渡到柔性管理;在教师成长过程中注重良好学术环境的建立。 |

Abstract: |
There are a variety of issues in the management of teacher resources at collegescurrently, such as the imperfect competition management mechanism, the unscientific labor contracts, the inhuman supervisor mode, the closed academics and so on. These problems do notbenefit to promote the quality of teacher's team and the overall development on the campus. Bases on these problems, this paper aim at a new applicable management mode: pulling the“catfish effect” into the new competition. It focuses on a optimum psychological contract between the university and teachers during school service management rather than a traditional economic contract; transforms from hardness management to“hardness with softness” management during the school system; lays emphasis on creating a academic environment for teachers. |
