绩效制度的核心是绩效考核体系,对广大教职工来讲感受最直接的是绩效工资。目前基础教育在实施绩效考评和绩效工资发放过程中存在不少问题,诸如奖励性绩效工资比例过低难以起到调动教师工作积极性的作用、绩效工资考评体系不够完善、教师绩效工资地区间差距大等。本文从学校实施中的现状出发,分析问题的成因,强烈呼吁制度创新。 并对绩效考核和绩效工资发放的制度设计提出了建议。 |

Performance system is the core of performance appraisal system, the most direct feeling is performance payment for the majority of teachers and workers. Currently, basic education in the implementation of the performance appraisal and payment have some problems, such as reward payment for performance ratio is too low and it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, payment for performance appraisal system9 is not perfect, teacher performance payment exists regional gap. From the school implementation of the status quo, this article analyzes the causes of the problem, and makes recommendations to the performance appraisal and the performance salary payment. |
