| 培养大学生科研创新能力是大学本科教育的重要组成部分。目前地方高校本科生科研创新能力培养中存在着学科间参与比例失衡、学生参与程度偏低、有针对性的综合支持系统缺乏等问题。应以管理机制创新为切入点，建立校、院两级管理模式，着力构建规范化的运行机制，发展性的评价机制和多元化的激励机制，使学生通过广泛参与课题实践，有效提升科研创新能力。 |

| Cultivating college students' innovation ability is the basic component of undergraduate education. At present, there are some problems such as the imbalance of the proportion of subjects, the low participation of students, and the lack of comprehensive support system. We should take the management mechanism innovation as the breakthrough point, establish the school, the college two levels of management pattern, take efforts to construct the standardized
operating mechanism, the developmental evaluation mechanism and the diversified ncentive mechanism, enable he student through the extensive participation subject practice, effectively promotes the scientific research innovation ability. |
