独立学院教育服务质量实证研究

摘要:
通过使用《独立学院教育服务质量评价量表》,对南京三所独立学院、600名在校大学生进行问卷调查,以了解学生对独立学院教育服务质量的期望与感知。调查发现:学生期望服务质量与感知服务质量存在显著差距;学生对学校服务质量的评价较低;年级变量显著影响学生对服务质量的评价,学生评价在性别、生源地等人口统计学变量上无显著性差异;服务质量对学生总体满意度具有正向影响。

Abstract:
By using the Service Quality of Independent College Questionnaire, a survey which includes 600 students in three independent colleges in Nanjing is conducted. The results showed that there is a great gap between students perception and expectation on service quality. The students evaluation on the education service quality is relatively low, there are grade differences in the service quality evaluation, and there is no significant difference in demographic characteristics such as sex and origin in the evaluation. The results also show there is a significant correlation between the education service quality and student satisfaction.
