| 本文认为目前高校辅导员职业化、专业化、专家化三者概念不清，逻辑关系混淆，有必要进行概念廓清；同时针对辅导员职业化、专业化发展存在的现实困境，认为辅导员的专业化建设应从专业知识体系、制度体系、考核评级体系和培训体系等方面有序开展；建议高校建立辅导员专业化发展层级序列，扎实做好专业化知识培训体系，完善人事制度建设，打破发展瓶颈，为辅导员专业化发展创造有利条件。 |

| On the Dilemma of the Development of Professionalization and Specialization of College Counselors and Its Solution |

| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the dilemma existed in counselors of universities. Three concepts of professionalization, specialization and becoming experts are confused. Hence, it is necessary to implement concept clearance. The paper also analyzes the present predicament in the professionalization and specialization development of these counselors, and points out that it should strengthen the construction of professional knowledge system, institution system, evaluation system and training system. The paper suggests colleges and universities to establish a level mechanism of counselor professional development, do a solid job of professional knowledge and training system, improve the personnel system. By these measures we can break the bottleneck of the development, to create favorable conditions for the professional development of counselors. |
