2015 年年底,国务院发布《关于优化学术环境的指导意见》。时隔一年,我国的学术环境如何? 本文针对我国目前学术评价改革存在的问题,指出我国学术评价改革存在严重悖论,这让学术评价改革的共识很难付诸实践,并建议我国应推进学术管理、评价机制的改革,以突破行政、利益因素对改革的阻力。 |

Abstract: |
At the end of 2015, the State Council had issued the“Guiding Opinion on Optimizing the Academic Environment”. After the lapse of one year, how is the academic environment
in China? In this paper, I target at the existing problems of current reform on academic
evaluation in China, and point out that there are serious paradoxes in China's reform on academic evaluation, which rendering it difficult to put into practice of consensus achieved on the academic evaluation reform. Furthermore, I made suggestion that China shall reform the mechanism of academic management and evaluation, in order to break through the resistance of administrative and interest factors. |
