| Abstract: |
| Assessment in the education field, in fact, is educational evaluation. By the viewpoint
of the separation of management, operation and assessment, educational evaluation is a
professional activity which presents such three features: value guidance, scientific code and independent operation. Education monitoring, education evaluation and education supervision are key elements of education assessment at the present stage in China. So we should base on practice, strengthen the integration of the tree elements and form a practical system of the third-party assessment which has the advantage of“one body with multi-dimension and the same direction from multi-joint force”. |
