实践视角下教育管办评分离之“评”析

摘要:
在教育领域,管办评视野下的“评”实际上是指教育评价。教育管办评分离实践视野下的教育评价是一项专业活动,呈现出价值引领、科学规范、独立运行三大特征;教育监测、教育评估、教育督导是现阶段我国教育评价的关键要素。宜立足实践,加强教育监测、评估、督导的整合,形成“一体多维,多力同向”的第三方教育评价实践体系。。

Abstract:
Assessment in the education field, in fact, is educational evaluation. By the viewpoint of the separation of management, operation and assessment, educational evaluation is a professional activity which presents such three features: value guidance, scientific code and independent operation. Education monitoring, education evaluation and education supervision are key elements of education assessment at the present stage in China. So we should base on practice, strengthen the integration of the tree elements and form a practical system of the third-party assessment which has the advantage of“one body with multi-dimension and the same direction from multi-joint force”.
