| 摘要: |
| 对福建省高等教育结构现状展开实证分析,指出以下问题：层次结构重心较低，研究生教育稍显薄弱；形式结构上民办院校比重较大，公办高校质量亟待提升；区域结构不平衡，高校多集中于经济发达城市；科类结构偏重理工、经管类，人文类学科数量与质量相对不高。进而提出相应优化建议：研究生教育以内涵式发展为主，形式结构优化应“双管齐下”，区域结构平衡要靠“内外结合”，学科建设立足福建，服务国家战略。 |

| An empirical analysis on the current structure of higher education in Fujian Province is completed. The results show some problems. The gravity center of hierarchical structure is quite low; The graduate education is relatively weak; The private universities account for a quite large proportion; The public universities should enhance their education quality； The regional structure is out of balance; Universities have gathered in the developed area; The science and engineering disciplines are given more concerns but the humanities are neglected. Based on the situation, several suggestion are given. The graduate education should pay attention to the connotative development, the structure of higher education should be optimized, the regional balance should be dependent on the internal and external connection, and the discipline strategy should base on Fujian and serve to the whole country. |
