校园食品安全关系到学生的身体健康、生命安全以及学校正常的教学秩序。文章通过问卷调查湖南省长沙市中小学学生对于校园食品安全的认知情况。结果明,中小学学生的食品安全教育存在校园食品安全教育主体责任不清晰、教育知识不全面、学生自身食品安全意识淡薄等问题。因此,结合现状提出校园食品安全教育的优化路径,以期减少并预防食品安全事件的发生。 |

Abstract: |
Campus food safety is related to student health, safety, and the normal teaching order in school. Through questionnaire survey, it investigates the student cognition of school food safety in primary and middle schools in Changsha, Hunan Province. The results show that food safety education has some problems such as unclear responsibility of campus food safety education, incomplete educational knowledge, and weak awareness of food safety of students. Therefore, it proposes an optimal path of food safety education by combining with the current status to reduce and prevent the occurrence of food safety incidents. |
