| 摘要: |
| 以东华大学入围ESI 前1%的高水平论文（Top)Papers）为研究案例， 以Scopus 数据库为数据来源，利用SciVal 对东华大学近5 年的高水平论文进行了合作分析、影响力分析、经济效益分析、前沿研究分析和期刊来源分析。研究发现高水平论文无论在产出量还是影响力方面均高于平均水平。通过对高水平论文引文特征解析为未来图书馆提供了更加专业化和个性化的创新服务的思路，同时，为解决高校图书馆决策支持服务关键问题提供了数据支持和理论依据。 |

| An Investigation of Decision Support Service Based on Top Papers of ESI of Donghua University by Using Multi-platform Databases |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper， papers of Donghua University sited into the ESI top 1% are studied by using databases of the Scopus and SciVal， the values of data "purification" are completed rapidly by the data analysis， and research features such as collaboration， sources， economic impact， authors and key phrase analysis are carried out. It finds that the top papers have more output and influence， and they are above average. The research of top 1% papers provides effective decision support for college performance management， scientific research evaluation， resource allocation， talent cultivation and talent introduction. And it provides data support and theoretical basis for solving key problems of decision support service in university library. |
