乡村小学新任教师入职适应评价指标构建

摘要:
入职期是新教师专业成长的关键期,及时发现并有效解决乡村小学新任教师的入职适应问题有助于他们尽快地适应岗位工作,担负起乡村基础教育的重任。文章依据教师专业发展阶段理论和教师适应性绩效理论,通过现状调查、专家咨询等方式,从心理适应、生存适应、文化适应、人际适应与专业适应五个维度构建了乡村小学新任教师入职适应评价指标,并进行了小范围测试,通过 SPSS AU检测得知预测试问卷的信度和效度较高。该评价指标体系可为乡村小学新任教师入职适应研究提供科学有效的测量工具,及时发现教师的入职适应问题,帮助他们尽快适应教师职业,推进乡村教师队伍建设,提高乡村教育质量。

Construction of New Teachers' Adaptation Evaluation Indexes in Rural Primary Schools

Abstract:
Entry period is the key for new teachers' professional growth. It is helpful to find out and solve the problems of these teachers. It can help them adapt to the teaching work in rural primary schools, and to be competent for their educational responsibility. According to the theory of teacher's professional development stage and the theory of teacher's adaptive performance, an evaluation index is designed from five dimensions of psychological adaptation, survival adaptation, cultural adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and professional adaptation by the methods of current situation investigation, expert consultation and so on. The reliability and validity of the pre-test questionnaire are high by SPSS Au test. The purpose of this evaluation index system is to provide scientific and effective measurement tool for new teachers' entry adaptation research in rural elementary schools.The problems of teachers' adaptation are found out in time to help them adapt to their profession as soon as possible, promote the construction of rural teachers’team, and improve the quality of rural education.
