构建基于建设过程的高校发展评价体系

摘要:
在当前主流的四大国际排名体系中,普遍以论文和声誉为评价主体,这与我国倡导的以人才培养为核心的价值体系不很相称;在国内的排名体系中,多注重规模化指标而忽视大学特性 的差异。因而基于高校建设的投入和产出过程,遵循逻辑主线,构建了以投入指标、产出指标和影响力指标三个维度为要素的高校建设发展水平评价体系,旨在为高校建设提供更全面的观测视角,关注人才培养的成效,寻求提升路径。

Abstract:
In the current four major international ranking systems, papers and reputation evaluation are generally the main body, which is not commensurate with the value system of talent cultivation as the core advocated in China. In the domestic ranking system, the scale index is emphasized but the differences of university characteristics are ignored. Based on the investment and output process of university construction and following the logical line, this paper constructs an evaluation system of university construction level with three dimensions of investment index, output index and influence index as key factors, aiming to provide a more comprehensive observation perspective for university construction, pay attention to the effect of talent training, and seek the path of improvement.
