当下,国家对高等教育赋予厚望,对高校师德师风、教育教学、科学研究等方面提出了新要求。然而当前高校教师评价面临着人本主义缺失的情况,评价过程中出现了行政主导、量化独大、科研至上等不良倾向。文章通过阐明人本主义管理理论的内涵,剖析高校教师评价问题的本质,提出评价主体、评价方法和评价内容等方面的改革建议。 |

Difficulties and Reform Suggestions of University Teachers’ Evaluation—From the Perspective of Humanistic Management Theory |

Abstract: |
At present, the state gives high expectations for higher education and puts forward new requirements for teachers’ ethics, teaching and scientific research in universities. However, the current evaluation of university teachers is facing the dilemma of lack of humanism. There are some unhealthy tendencies in the evaluation process, such as administrative leadership, quantitative dominance, scientific research supremacy and so on. By clarifying the connotation of humanistic management theory, this paper analyzes the essence of university teachers’ evaluation, and puts forward some reform suggestions on evaluation subject, evaluation method and evaluation content. |
