本科院校实习质量评价模型及通用指标体系

摘要:
当前,我国本科院校的实习教学已经转变为高校和企业的合作教学行为,缺少外部监管机制。在这种背景下,有必要构建本科院校实习质量评价指标体系。根据CIPP评价模式和实习质量评价价值取向,文章尝试构建本科院校实习质量评价“一核心、三阶段”的评价模型,依据此模型,通过现实与经验相结合,定性与定量相结合,筛选确定了本科院校实习质量评价指标系统,并借鉴“AHP”法对其进行赋权。

Abstract:
At present, internship teaching in undergraduate colleges has been transformed into a cooperative teaching behavior between colleges and enterprises. In the absence of an external supervision mechanism, it is necessary to construct an index system for evaluating the quality of internships in undergraduate colleges. According to the CIPP evaluation model and the value orientation of internship quality evaluation, a “one core, three stages” model for the evaluation of internship quality of undergraduate colleges is constructed. According to this model, through the combination of subjective and objective, qualitative and quantitative methods, the evaluation indexes of internship quality of undergraduate colleges were selected and determined. The paper draws on the “AHP” method to empower the indexes.
