基于卓越绩效模型的应用型高校课程思政建设评价指标体系研究

摘要:
卓越绩效模型以促进学生卓越发展为目标,突出评价的目标性、引导性和激励性原则,强调评价指标的系统性,注重评价结果的“增值度”,与课程思政建设具有很强的内在适切性。基于该模型可以围绕七个方面构建适用于学院、专业和课程三个层级的课程思政建设评价指标体系。以S校为例,立足应用型高校在“主力军”“主战场”和“主渠道”三个方面的特点,构建二级学院课程思政建设评价指标体系。为了完善课程思政的评价实践,应在整合评价的多重制度逻辑、确立评价实施主体和改进评价方法等多个方面进行创新。

Research on the Assessment Indicator System of Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Construction for the Applied University Based on Performance Excellence Model

Abstract:
Aiming to promote excellence in student development, Performance Excellence Model highlights the principles of target, guidance and encouragement, emphasizes on the systematicness of assessment indicators, and pays attention to the “value-added degree” of assessment results, which is related intrinsically with curriculum-based ideological and political construction. This paper explores to build the assessment indicator system of curriculum-based ideological and political construction in seven aspects based on Performance Excellence Model, which could be used by schools, majors or curriculums. Taking S University as an example, combining with characteristics of teachers, curriculums, and classes in applied universities, the assessment indicator system is created and applied by schools. To improve the performance of the assessment indicator system, we should be creative with the organization of multiple institutional logic, the subject of assessment, the improvement of methods and so on.
