| 在专业硕士研究生培养过程中，政产学合作培养模式能够充分发挥政产学各方力量优势，有助于实现产教融合，提升专业硕士研究生的教育质量。文章基于三角协调模型分析框架分析政产学合作过程中的三个关键环节——课程设置、创新实践和考核评估，探讨政府、企业和高校三者在三个关键环节中承担的责任与义务，在此基础上构建适应我国专业硕士研究生培养的新型政产学合作培养模式。该模式有助于政府、企业和高校三者之间建立平等互利、开放共赢的合作关系，形成更为稳固的关系结构。文章从政府、社会和高校三个方面提出深化政产学合作培养模式的相关对策。 |

| In the process of training students for professional master’s degree, the government-industry-university cooperation model can give full play to the advantages of the strength of government, industry and university, which is conducive to realizing the integration of industry and education, and improving the quality of professional master’s degree students. Based on the analysis framework of the triangular coordination model, this paper discusses the responsibilities and obligations of the government, enterprises and universities in the three key links — curriculum setting, innovative practice and evaluation. On this basis, we will build a new government-industry-university cooperative training mode suitable for the training of professional master’s degree students in China, which will help the government, enterprises and universities to establish an equal, mutually beneficial, open and win-win cooperative relationship and form a more stable structure. Finally, from the three aspects of the government, society and universities, the relevant countermeasures are proposed to deepen the training mode of government-industry-university cooperation. |
