| 美国华盛顿大学在长期发展中形成了卓越的学生评教系统。该评教系统包括实施启动、问卷设计和数据处理三大关键环节，构建起以组织—制度—文化为核心的三个保障支柱。参考华盛顿大学的实践经验，在培育和发展我国高校学生评教系统的过程中，应当建立评教组织网络、形成教育性的评教制度和打造独特的评教文化。 |

| Analysis and Enlightenment of System of Student Evaluating Teaching in University of Washington |

| Abstract: |
| University of Washington has formed an excellent student evaluating teaching system in its long-term development. The evaluation system includes three key links: initiation， questionnaire design and data processing， and constructs three guarantee pillars with organization, system and culture as the core. Referring to the practical experience of University of Washington， the cultivation and development of college students’ teaching evaluation system in China should establish a network for teaching evaluation organization， form an educational evaluation system and create a unique teaching evaluation culture. |
