面向产出的课程实施与质量评价机制

摘要:
构建“产出导向”的人才培养体系是工程教育专业认证背景下提升人才培养质量的重要途径。课程是人才培养的基本单元,面向产出的课程实施与质量评价机制是落实“产出导向”理念的基础要求。通过开展课程体系合理性评价、聚焦课程目标达成进行教学设计、开展课程目标达成情况评价,确保各环节数据可以有效评价课程目标达成和支撑毕业要求,并最终将评价结果反馈到下一轮课程实施过程中,提高人才培养质量。

The Mechanism of Outcome-based Curriculum Implementation and Quality Evaluation

Abstract:
Building an “outcome-based” talent training system is an important way to improve the quality of talent training under the background of engineering education certification. Curriculum is the basic unit of talent training. The mechanism of outcome-based curriculum implementation and quality evaluation is the basic requirement to realize “outcome-based” concept. Carrying out the evaluation of the rationality of the curriculum system, designing teaching steps for the achievement of curriculum objectives, and carrying out the evaluation of the achievement of curriculum objectives should be required. The data of each link should be ensured to effectively reflect the achievement of the curriculum objectives and support the graduation requirements. Finally, the evaluation results will be fed back to the next round of curriculum implementation so as to improve the quality of talent training.
