新一轮“双一流”建设不再对建设高校进行身份区分,学科以及学科发展建设正式成为“双一流”的主导。文章对“一流大学”与“一流学科”的关系进行分析,指出“一流大学”和“一流学科”之间的关系是具有逻辑性、层次性、统一性的关系。文章认为,学科建设的微观实践就是院系的发展问题,学科建设的宏观设计就是大学的发展问题,学科建设的本质就是大学治理与学院治理的统一。从“大学办学院”到“学院办大学”改变了大学治理与学院治理之间的关系。文章还结合第二轮“双一流”建设背景对学院的内涵重新进行阐释,并以此重新审视学院治理问题。 |

Re-examination of Discipline Construction and College Governance under the Background of the New Round of “Double First-class” Construction |

Abstract: |
The new round of “double first-class” construction no longer distinguishes the identity of universities, discipline and discipline development have officially become the leading role of “double first-class”. This paper analyzes the relationship between “first-class universities” and “first-class disciplines”, which is to construct a logical, hierarchical and unified relationship. This paper holds that the micro practice of discipline construction is the development of colleges and departments, the macro design of discipline construction is the development of universities, and the essence of discipline construction is the unity of university governance and college governance. From “university running college” to “college running university” ,the relationship between university governance and college governance has changed. Finally, combining with the background of the second round of “double first-class” construction, this paper reinterprets the connotation of colleges, and re-examines college governance. |
