兼职督学评价素养指标体系的构建研究

摘要:
综合运用文献法和德尔菲法,基于评价理论、政策文件及相关研究成果初步拟定指标体 系,并经过三轮专家咨询,最终构建包含评价知识储备、价值主体规范、价值标准确立、评价信息分 析、价值判断的形成与反馈 5 个一级指标和 16 个二级指标的兼职督学评价素养指标体系。通过对 指标体系重要性和适切性的元评价调研,初步验证了指标体系的合理性,未来可应用于兼职督学 的资格认定、分层培训、发展规划等方面。

Research on the Construction of Index System of Evaluation Literacy of Part-time School Inspectors

Abstract:
This study synthetically used literature method and Delphi method, based on evaluation theory, China’s policy documents and relevant research results, to formulate the index system preliminarily. After three rounds of expert consultation, this study finally constructed the index system of evaluation literacy of part-time school inspectors, which includes 5 first-level indexes (evaluation knowledge reserve, value subject norm, value standard establishment, evaluation information analysis, formation and feedback of value judgment) and 16 second-level indexes. Through the meta-evaluation survey of the importance and relevance of the index system, the rationality is preliminarily verified. The index system can be applied in the qualification, stratified training, personal development planning of part-time school inspectors in the future.
