| 鼓励引导社会力量举办教育，是办好人民满意的教育的重要举措。本文从民办教育的经费贡献入手，分析了民间资金进入教育领域的国家宏观政策导向和在进入方式、享受政府公共财政资助、改革投融资体制、优化行政审批、推进分类管理等方面可以进一步创新的地方。 |

| The policy on encouraging and guiding the social forces to run schools is an important measure to try hard to run education to the satisfaction of the people.This article analyzes the contribution of the
non-governmental education funds, it also analyzes the national macro-policy-oriented at the flow of
non-governmental funds into education field. It points out that some aspects need further innovatios such as
the entry mode of funds flow , the support of public finance from government , the reform of investment system
, the optimization of administrative approval , the promotion of classification management , and so on |
